For years I lived the adrenaline filled life of an adventurer, outdoors and abroad. Although still a fan and an occasional participant of adventures, travel, and new experiences, family is my most important thing. Working close to home is more desirable than ever before. My son Cormac thinks outside our regular boring boxes, his neurodiversity may give him the competitive edge over neurotypicals like the rest of us in the not so distant future. He’s my sunshine and favorite construction foreman.

It all started when...

Matt picked up a camera in the late 90's, and started telling stories… Fast-forward 20 years and Fahey has captured many epic moments, shot and edited independent documentaries, and won 4 Emmys as a Director Of Photography on Discovery Channel's Deadliest Catch. When he's not in the field collecting stories, he spends time with his son and figuring out how to get back into the field for more.

Sad to learn that such a young and beautiful person I worked with years ago passed recently. He had strong story instincts and got the clutch shot of an injury for our filming team when our nudies were separated (Naked and Afraid). In other words, I
